1. Event & Tournament Fees
All fees paid for events or tournaments are non-transferable.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances, such as:
• Event cancellation by the Association
• Serious personal emergencies (medical, etc.)
2. Requesting A Refund
To request a refund:
1. Email us at [email protected] with:
• Your full name
• Event details
• Reason for refund request
2. We will review your request and respond within 7–14 business days.
3. Processing Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (FPX or bank transfer)
• The Association may apply administrative or processing fees if applicable
4. No Other Refunds
• Payments for merchandise, donations, or other non-event items are final and non-refundable
• The Association reserves the right to reject refund requests at its discretio
5. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website with the “Last Updated” date.
